Pinot Noir

Good news - we are producing a small amount of 2007 Pinot Noir. This is the first vintage that we have made a red wine since 2001 and there wil ony be around 100 cases available. The wine is made from grapes grown (organic ofcourse) at our Horsmonden site, fermented at Rotherfield and agedin 3 year old oak barrels for 6 months, tasting great at the moment and should be bottled in August for sale in the Autumn 2008.
