Terms of Sale
- Davenport Vineyards only supply wines within mainland UK. We regret that at present are not able to deliver to addresses outside the UK.
- All prices include VAT and Excise Duty taxes and current UK rates
- DELIVERY to any mainland UK address (except some parts of Scotland, N. Ireland and offshore islands) is also included in these prices. Please contact us for details of delivery costs to other destinations.
- ORDERS MUST BE OF AT LEAST 12 BOTTLES, although this quantity can comprise a mixture of different wines.
- All deliveries are made on Thursday of each week. Unfortunately we cannot deliver at a specified time, although we will confirm the delivery date by e mail. If your order is not delivered on the specified day, please notify us within 24 hours.
- Please sign for your goods on arrival, and if possible examine your order. If this is impossible, please sign "Not examined". Any loss or breakage must be reported to us in writing (fax/e mail) within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
- If any wine is out of stock we will advise you and offer you the choice of a substitution or a full refund.
- If you buy any wine from us and the quality is unsatisfactory, please contact us to arrange collection of the wine. We will offer you a full refund or replacement of the wine. Return of damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 working days of delivery.
- If any wine does not meet your expectations, please return the goods and we will offer you an alternative.
- Any customer can cancel their order within 7 days of placing the order and receive a full refund of the value of the wine. Cancellation of orders must be received by e mail.
- All wines are sold in 75 cl. bottles (The standard sized wine bottle).
