Made from a blend of six grape varieties grown in
our original vineyard plot at Horsmonden, Kent.
This wine has been made every year since 1993
and has won many accolades since then. The
wine has been likened to a sauvignon blanc
style and often mistaken for a NZ wine. It is
crisp, aromatic and fruit driven. Perfect for a
summer afternoon or for drinking with white
meats, salads and even quite spicy food.

100% Pinot Noir grown on a 2 acre site at
Horsmonden, Kent. These vines were planted
in 2000 and are just getting into their stride
now. The wine is fermented in stainless and
then aged in old French barrels to give it extra
complexity. Only a few bottles of this wine are
made each year.
A clean style sparkling wine made by the
traditional method from Reichensteiner
grapes. Ageing it for 3 years in the bottle
has given it added flavour and length.
Deliveries will resume after the new
year. The next day for wine deliveries
is the 4th January 2012.

Our premium sparkling wine made from
Pinot Noir and Auxerrois grown on the
vineyard at Rotherfield. This wine is aged on
lees for 2 years and has a dry balance. The
yeasty autolysis flavours are balanced
superbly by the strong Pinot Noir character.
