The 2018 is made from 63% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Noir and 18% Pinot Meunier. With 5 years maturing in the bottle on lees, it has plenty of yeast character combined with the suprisingly youthful fruit. This is a wine that is delicious now and will develop further over the long term.
