Delivery cost depends on the quantity of wine ordered and includes most locations in the UK mainland. Charges are shown below.
Please call for a price for delivery to anywhere else in the UK including the Scottish Highlands (postcodes: AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH) and Islands (postcodes: HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE), Northern Ireland (BT1-48), The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. (Postcodes: AB, BT, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE). We can quote for a delivery to your address.
Our Couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. If you are not there the driver will leave a card for you. If there is a safe place to leave the wine please let us know and we will instruct the courier. The wine will be left at your risk.
We offer a 2-3 day delivery service from the date the order has been processed and dispatched (excluding weekends), however we will get your order delivered as soon as we can, often the day after you place the order. We will inform you by e mail of the likely delivery date. On the morning of delivery, the courier will email to confirm their delivery schedule.
If the wine becomes damaged in transit, the courier will return it to us and we will send out a replacement case. For this reason, please do not leave your order to the last minute if it is important that you receive it by a particular date and please check it is in good condition when it arrives.
