We dont normally produce single variety white wines, but when something is of this quality and so typical of the grape variety, the temptation is sometimes too much.
The 2023 Ortega is made from our oldest organic vines, planted in 1991. It has a mineral earthy style with aromas of yeast and fruit. Ideal with white fish, but also a pleasure to drink on its own.
