We offer standard delivery options to most mainland England, Wales and Scottish Lowland addresses.
We can also arrange delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands - see our list of delivery charges below.

Q: How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Q: What are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charges for mainland England, Wales and Scottish Lowland addresses are:

• £10.15 for 1–3 bottles

• £7.50 for 4–5 bottles

• Free for 6 bottles or more

 

You can also:

• Collect your order from the Winery in Horsmonden free of charge

• Have your wine delivered locally (within a 5 mile radius of TN12 8EF) for £2.50

Our delivery charges to *Scottish Highland and Islands addresses are:

• £11.50 for 1–3 bottles

• £8.95 for 4–5 bottles

• £2.00 per item for 6–11 bottles

• Free for 12 bottles or more

Q: Can I include a message with my order?
Absolutely! Add your personal message in the ‘Gift Notes?’ section at checkout and we will make sure it's included with your order.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
Our courier typically delivers Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. On the morning of delivery, you'll receive a text or email from the courier confirming the estimated time.

Q: How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days from processing (excluding weekends), often sooner. If you need your wine by a specific date, we recommend ordering early.
 

Q: I know I am unlikely to be in when my parcel arrives, what do I do?

No problem. If you have a safe place or friendly neighbour who can accept the delivery, just let us know at checkout and we’ll pass the instructions to the courier. Please note: the wine will be left at your own risk.

 

Q: What if I’m not in when the courier delivers?
No problem. If you’re not in, and didn't leave instructions to leave in a safe place or with a neighbor, the driver will leave a card. Please contact the courier directly to arrange another delivery time.

Q: What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
If any bottles are damaged on the way to you, the courier will return them to us and we’ll send out a replacement straight away.

Q: What happens if my order is damaged when it arrives?
If any bottles are broken on arrival, please let us know within 24hrs of delivery so we can discuss the best replacement option for you.

Q: I haven’t received my order — what should I do?
We’re really sorry to hear that. First, check your APC tracking link for an update. If there’s an issue we’re aware of, we’ll be in touch. Otherwise, feel free to call us on 01892 457320 and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: Will an invoice be sent with my order?
No, we don’t include invoices in the box. If you are a member you can download an invoice from your login area. If you are not a member and need a copy, just email us at info@davenportvineyards.co.uk and we will send one over.
 

Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking email — what now?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, drop us an email or give us a call and we will confirm your order and delivery status -  info@davenportvineyards.co.uk or 01892 457320.
