Yes, all of our wines are certified organic by the Soil Association. We believe organic farming leads to healthier vines and more expressive, authentic wines.
Absolutely. We never use animal-derived fining agents, so all of our wines are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
We keep sulphite levels to a minimum – often well below organic certification requirements. Some of our wines have no added sulphites at all. We believe in transparency, so sulphite levels are listed under ‘view more details’ for each wine in our online shop.
To us, natural wine begins with organic grapes. We avoid commercial yeasts, unnecessary additives, and filtration where possible, letting the wine truly speak for itself.
