Celebrate English Wine Week at Davenport Vineyards

This June, as part of English Wine Week, we are delighted to be opening Davenport Vineyards for our very first weekend of vineyard tours and tastings on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June.
A Celebration of Organic Winemaking
Set in the rolling Kent countryside, Davenport Vineyards has been growing organic grapes and producing award-winning wines for over thirty years. This special weekend offers the chance to explore the vineyard and winery, taste a selection of Davenport wines where they are grown and made, and discover more about organic viticulture in one of England’s leading wine regions.
What’s On Across the Weekend
Across the weekend we will be hosting a series of relaxed guided experiences, including vineyard walks, winery tours and tutored tastings - please book online in advance. For those wishing to visit more casually, the cellar door shop will also be open throughout the weekend, with wines available by the glass and bottle to enjoy outside the winery or take home.
A Guided Vineyard & Winery Tour
On Saturday, guests can enjoy The Davenport Wine Experience — a guided vineyard and winery tour followed by a tasting of four Davenport wines. This experience offers insight into how our wines are grown and crafted, from vineyard to bottle. Limited to two sessions per day.
Meet the Winemaker
On Sunday, we are especially pleased to host Meet the Winemaker sessions led by Will Davenport. These informal tours and tastings offer a rare opportunity to hear directly from one of England’s pioneering organic winemakers while tasting four of Will’s favourite Davenport wines. Limited to two sessions per day.

Whether you are already passionate about English wine or simply curious to discover more, English Wine Week is the perfect time to visit. Alongside our bookable experiences, the cellar door shop will be open throughout the weekend, with wines available by the glass to enjoy outside the winery, as well as bottles to take home.

Before booking, please note that tours and tastings are for adults aged 18+ only. Due to the working environment, dogs are not permitted on tours or inside the winery/shop.
