Our 2017 Blanc de Blancs is a rare gem, made from 100% organic Chardonnay and only in exceptional years when our grapes reach perfect ripeness. Grown organically on our Goudhurst View plot - just 1.25 hectares of carefully tended vines planted in 2007 - this sparkling wine reflects both the precision of nature and our minimal-intervention approach.

Our Davenport Blanc de Blancs is crafted without added yeast during primary fermentation, remains unfiltered, and contains only a minimal amount of sulphites (43 mg/L). It’s fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees, offering elegance and complexity with every sip.
Tasting Notes and Food Pairings
Expect fresh aromas of white peach and baked apple, with a clean, dry finish. As it matures, richer notes of brioche, almond, and toast develop, thanks to the extended lees contact. While already delightful to enjoy on its own, it also has excellent aging potential and would pair perfectly with seafood, poultry and soft cheese.

Our standard delivery charges start at £10.15 for up to 3 bottles, £7.50 for 4 or 5 bottles and free delivery is available for orders of 6 bottles or more. Orders can also be collected from the Winery in Horsmonden free of charge, and local deliveries (within a 5 mile radius of TN12 8EF) are available for £2.50. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
