Davenport Pet Nat 2024
£21.00
75cl, 9% vol
Fresh, vibrant, and full of red-berry charm - our 2024 Pet Nat marks a new chapter in a wine we’ve been quietly perfecting since 2014. Made with zero additions and an organic soul, this vintage shifts the spotlight to Pinot Noir (72%), supported by Pinot Meunier (10%) and a fresh lift from Auxerrois (18%).
Unfiltered | No added Sulphites | Suitable for Vegans.

Wine Details
Crafted using the méthode ancestrale - the oldest technique for making sparkling wine - this is a naturally fermented, bottle-conditioned wine with no added yeast, sugar, or sulphites. It’s unfiltered and full of energy.
Disgorged after 6 months on lees, the wine retains a delicate yeast character and a hint of natural sediment. Some prefer to let the bottle settle and pour clear - others embrace the gentle haze and fuller texture. However you pour, this is pure Pet Nat: expressive, untamed, and totally natural.
Tasting Notes and Food Pairings
Expect soft bubbles, a faint rosy hue, and a wild mix of redcurrant, blossom, and citrus.
Perfect for aperitifs, fresh salads, or alfresco sipping.
