Now on its fifth vintage, our sparkling rosé has become a firm favourite. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on our sandy, silty Redmoors vineyard, it’s a beautifully vibrant wine with a delicate mousse (soft bubbles) and a light, rose-pink hue.

Crafted using the traditional method, where a second fermentation takes place in bottle, the wine spends a minimum of two years aging on yeast lees to develop complexity, softness, and those fine, gentle bubbles we love. This time on lees adds a creamy texture and subtle layers of flavour - think brioche, citrus, and a whisper of spice.
Tasting Notes and Food Pairings
On the nose, it opens with notes of wild strawberries, redcurrants, and rose petals, with gentle hints of brioche and spice from extended lees ageing. The palate is bright and elegant, full of juicy red berry flavours - raspberry, cranberry, and pomegranate - balanced by zesty citrus and a fine mineral edge. The finish is crisp, refreshing, and delicately dry, with a graceful persistence.
Refined and well-structured, this is a sparkling wine with freshness, finesse, and depth. It’s just as at home at a celebration as it is with a summer lunch, and pairs beautifully with seafood, soft cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal salads, and light desserts. Or simply enjoy it as an aperitif on a sunny day.

We deliver across mainland England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands. Delivery charges vary by region and order size and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Our standard delivery charges start at £10.15 for up to 3 bottles, £7.50 for 4 or 5 bottles and free delivery is available for orders of 6 bottles or more. Orders can also be collected from the Winery in Horsmonden free of charge, and local deliveries (within a 5 mile radius of TN12 8EF) are available for £2.50. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
